The label cropper, marketplace-specific tools, and PDF merge tool on CropDesk are free to use. There is nothing to refund for free-tier usage.
If you purchase a CropDesk subscription or paid add-on, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the paid features did not work as described. Refund requests made after 7 days, or for change-of-mind reasons, are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Email hello@cropdesk.in with your order or payment reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
