Most courier partners across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho expect a 4x6 inch (10x15cm) label. When you print the full combined label+invoice PDF onto a 4x6 thermal roll, most printers will either scale the whole page down — shrinking the barcode until it won't scan — or cut it off mid-invoice.
Cropping the label out first solves both problems: the output PDF is sized to the label content only, and can be printed at 100% scale on a 4x6 roll or an A4 sheet without shrinking the barcode.
A quick way to check: after cropping, open the output PDF and confirm the barcode isn't stretched or squeezed relative to the original — if it looks distorted, revisit the height percentage on the crop tool.
